The group purchased YTour systems to manage its FIT bookings in one place, and especially groups and business clients, for which it performs bookings, productions, and conferences.
YTour system was also adapted to the group's activity.
The YTour system made entering pricelists and the assigning hotels and flights much easier. It made it possible to connect to conference registration websites using a direct interface.
The system provides the possibility of entering and or receiving the registration of a group participant or a conference participant from Excel or an online interface, while performing credit card payments,
automatically issuing receipts, and sending them to the clients.
Adapting the system to the needs of the Oracle group also included building customized reports and making changes to the central docket display.
The next stage of integration was the Eventour system during 2022.
